Refund policy

Refunds 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Goods can be returned after they have been received but not when they are in transit. 

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt of proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@inspirationtoys.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You'll need to cover the cost of shipping, and include your original receipt or website order confirmation email with your returned items. Make sure that your items are in their original packaging, haven't been used and are in a resalable condition.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide images to help us further evaluate the issue. Send to sales@inspirationtoys.co.nz.

We do not normally offer refunds if you:

  • Damage the product through misuse or unintended use
  • Have no proof of purchase

    For us to consider a return  your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

    We cannot guarantee that a replacement or repair will be available if the product has been discontinued. If this happens we will discuss with you the available options.

If it is a defective, damaged or incorrect product we will send a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
